Doong Café – Vietnamese Café
Doong takes its name from Son Doong Cave, the largest underground cavern in the world, located in Vietnam. A symbol of rustic purity, according to founder Ha My Truong, a coffee expert. The space is minimalist, draped in wood from the floor to the counter, from benches to stools — a serene atmosphere for enjoying authentic Vietnamese coffee.

In Vietnam, coffee is a lifestyle, strong in flavor with earthy cocoa notes. The café offers four varieties of Café Viet, including Vina Egg made from egg yolks blended with honey and vanilla.with coconut milk is a delight. You’ll also find a refined selection of Vietnamese teas and a Matcha Brown Sugar — a milk-based drink with matcha, tapioca pearls, and a velvety salted cream — beloved by true connoisseurs.
