You can return unused items with original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.Please note, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged and we cannot refund shipping fee.
Shoes should be returned unworn (other than to try on) in the original box provided and inside a protective shipping box
When trying on your shoes please be careful not to crack or crease the shoe especially at front where the foot bends. Please try them on a soft surface like a carpet or rug to keep "outsoles" undamaged. We cannot offer a refund for shoes that show signs of wear or if any of the original packaging is missing.
How to make a return
Please contact our client service team at email@example.com with your name and order number requesting a return.
The return request will be confirmed by Timothée Paris to the customer by email. The customer shall follow the procedure mentioned in the confirmation of the email.

To ensure the safe arrival of your return, we strongly recommend you send via a tracked/signed-for postal courier service. Please retain a copy of your postal receipt as your proof of shipment. Once we have received your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
If you wish to exchange to a different style, size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. We will refund your returned item once received by our warehouse.
Please note return and exchange postage costs are not covered by Timothée Paris.
