Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, returning your order is easy.

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, please email us at contact@timotheeparis.com — our team will confirm your request and guide you through the steps.

Please make sure your items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original box, protected inside a shipping box.

Use a trackable delivery service and keep your proof of postage.

You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our workshop.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days, using the same payment method as your purchase.

For orders placed outside of France, please note that duties and taxes paid during shipping or return are non-refundable.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs — just contact us before sending it back.
