RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase at Timothée Paris.


Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@timotheeparis.com with your order number and reason for return.


Return Conditions by Region

For EU Customers:

Size Exchanges: We offer free return shipping for size exchanges. Upon approval of your exchange request, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Standard Returns: For all other returns (non-size-related), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You must use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage.

 

For Non-EU Customers(US、UK、Asia、and other countries):

The initial outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You must use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage.

Prepaid Return Label Option: For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid Express return label. The cost of €35 will be deducted from your refund. To request a prepaid label, contact us at contact@timotheeparis.com before sending your return.

Important for International Returns: If customs duties and taxes are not paid upon the return shipment's arrival in France, the parcel cannot be released to us and no refund will be processed. The customer is responsible for ensuring all customs clearance is completed. Duties and taxes paid during the original shipment are non-refundable.


Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for the safe return of items to our workshop. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipment.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special order products
  • Personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@timotheeparis.com before returning it. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days from our confirmation, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@timotheeparis.com


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size.

For EU customers, size exchanges include free return shipping with a prepaid label.
