For EU Customers

Free Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We'll cover the return shipping. Simply email us at contact@timotheeparis.com within 14 days of delivery, and we'll arrange your exchange with a prepaid return label.

Standard Returns

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For standard returns (non-size-related), return shipping costs are at your own expense using a trackable delivery service.

For Non-EU Customers

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the item reaches us—please use a trackable delivery service and keep your proof of postage.

Important: If customs duties and taxes are not paid upon the return shipment's arrival in France, the parcel cannot be released to us and no refund can be processed. Please ensure all customs clearance is completed.

Please note: duties and taxes paid during the original shipping are non-refundable.

How It Works

To start a return or exchange, email contact@timotheeparis.com—our team will confirm your request and guide you through the steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please ensure items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original box, protected inside a shipping box. You're responsible for the parcel until it reaches our workshop.

Once received and approved, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds use the same payment method as your purchase.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we'll cover all return costs—contact us before sending it back.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
