How do I initiate a return?

At Timothée Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist you.

To initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at contact@timotheeparis.com. Our dedicated team will provide you with the appropriate return address and guide you through the process of obtaining a different shoe size or a refund.

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that the items are in their original, unworn condition. We kindly request that you test the shoes on a soft surface to avoid any potential scratches. Please include the original packaging when returning the items. Failure to meet these requirements may affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange. Please note that we can only process one exchange per order.

Once we receive the returned goods, refunds will be credited to your account within 5 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. We regretfully inform you that we are unable to refund any duties or taxes incurred during shipping and returns.

Please remember that the responsibility for the product(s) being returned lies with you until they reach us. We recommend using a reliable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.
