How to Return or Exchange

Contact us first. Email contact@timotheeparis.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Do not send items without prior approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Receive your instructions. We will confirm your request by email. EU size exchanges will receive a free prepaid return label. For all other international returns, we can provide a prepaid DHL label at €35 (deducted from your refund).

Pack and ship. Return items in their original shoe box, inside a protective outer shipping box. Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.


Item Conditions

Items must be unworn — tried on indoors only — undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories (dust bag, tissue paper). If returned items do not meet these conditions, Timothée Paris reserves the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value, up to the full purchase price.

Our shoes are handcrafted. Minor natural variations in leather texture and colour are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

Not eligible for return: sale items, custom orders, personalised items, and gift cards.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

The following are non-refundable: original outbound shipping costs, import duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase.

For international returns outside the EU: if customs duties and taxes on the return shipment are not paid upon arrival in France, the parcel will be held by customs and no refund can be processed. You are responsible for ensuring return customs clearance is completed.

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us at contact@timotheeparis.com.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect, contact us at contact@timotheeparis.com before returning it — include photos of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs in these cases.

You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our workshop. We recommend using a trackable service and, for high-value items, purchasing shipping insurance. Timothée Paris cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
