4. Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in millimeters.

How to Measure Ball Girth (Foot Width)
1. Stand naturally on the floor, placing your full weight on the foot.
2. Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your forefoot (the ball of the foot, just behind the toes).
3. Keep the tape snug but not tight—do not compress the foot.
4. Note the measurement in millimeters.
5. This measurement helps determine how the shoe will feel across the forefoot.
